Compare the same water volume
Cost per 1,000 L = total price ÷ quoted liters × 1,000. For example, a quote of MXN $1,200 for 5,000 L would cost MXN $240 per 1,000 L. Use the figures from your current quote.
Confirm deliverable volume, access, hose reach, timing, taxes and additional charges. If your cistern cannot accept the full volume, ask how a partial delivery will be billed.
Separate initial and recurring costs
For equipment, request an installed price and a budget for consumables, maintenance and testing. For cleaning, request a scope covering preparation, included work, water disposal and completion records. Compare quotes that cover the same work.
